FOUNTAIN HEALTHY AGING INC ANNOUNCES $5,000,000 EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT INVESTMENT SECURED

Fountain Healthy Aging Inc. announced on August 12 2009 that it had entered into an agreement with Dunn Capital Partners and Oak Resources Limited which provides the Company with a $5,000,000 Equity Line of Credit investment. Under the terms of the agreement, Fountain has the right to draw down from the Equity Line Investment in tranches of up to $1,000,000 each, for a term of 24 months. The first tranche investment of $1,000,000 was drawn down by Fountain on August 10 2009.

Fountain CEO, Paul Hunston, said "We are very pleased to have secured this $5,000,000 equity line of credit, which will enable us to fully implement our business plan and accelerate the Company’s growth both within the US and internationally. This is great news for both Fountain and its shareholders."
